Handle key accounts, stakeholders and client segments, while maintaining a continuous healthy relationship with partners. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of products and solutions according to clients' needs and objectives. Effectively liaise with stakeholders and business partners with reports and presentations. Forecast and track key account metrics. Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our product.
