You will be owning and driving the overall client relationship management segment, where you will be required to on-board, implement, train, increase adoption, ensure retention along with high levels of customer satisfaction. The Job You will be owning and driving the overall client relationship management segment, where you will be required to on-board, implement, train, increase adoption, ensure retention along with high levels of customer satisfaction. In this role you will be catering to the Australian time zone, in order to handle top executive-level clients in the region. Your key responsibilities will include: Handling key client accounts and managing them end-to-end. Monitoring client's budget, explaining costs, and negotiating new terms, if necessary. Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively. Building data-driven roadmaps and tracking progress while solving customer problems. Maintaining and developing customer success strategies and best practices, as well as customer support content, with the help of the creative team. Acting as the voice of the customer and providing internal feedback on how we can better serve them. Staying up-to-date on product development and the latest releases. Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services. Keeping up on trends, changes, and competitor actions that might affect the client. Bringing in new ideas and crafting approaches to delight our customers. The Profile You have at least 1 year experience as an Account Manager or other customer facing roles or within a SaaS / FinTech environment , targeting SMBs or mid-market companies. Startup experience would be a strong advantage. Experience in regional roles, preferably covering Southeast Asia would be highly advantageous. A proactive attitude towards solving problems and improving processes is required. You possess strong verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to present and communicate data & issues to senior stakeholders. You have the confidence to deal with ambiguity, unknown variables, and problem statements and you can find ways to bridge those gaps. A proven track record in people management along with strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers. You are passionate about working for start-ups and embracing dynamic environments. You are open to work and stretch as per business requirements. Ref: 41207041
