Description
The Account Manager is the overall lead in delivering identified company sales targets plus end-to-end client / brand servicing of all the company requirements and booking contract obligations across an assigned client portfolio.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Delivery annual sales targets while growing the company business within an assigned set of accounts.
Building sustainable business partnerships with clients, identifying opportunities to grow the client's categories through the company products and services
Nurtures strong partnerships with clients via regular engagements, business planning and reviews
Works closely with internal business partners in ensuring that all executions are within standards
Recommends process improvements that ensure smooth delivery of the company's services to clients
Develops Account Executive towards future Junior Account Manager role
Qualifications:
Preferably at least 3-5 years of experience in account management
Good interpersonal and leadership skills
A quick, independent learner and can achieve results with minimal supervision
Proficient oral and written communication skills
Adept in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Good driving skills with a valid driver's license
