Description:
Manage the client-production cycle, from establishing a client contact to after-sales support especially for Royal Clients.
Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the clients' dedication (including but not limited to design revisions and requests)
Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs.
Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming at client contentment and the preservation of the company-client relationship.
Negotiate agreements between the production team and the clients.
Assigning the appropriate team to handle client's requests.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Account Executive, or in other sales/customer service role.
Knowledge of market research, and negotiating principles.
Fluency in G Suites (Google)
Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
Organizational and time-management skills. Enthusiastic and passionate
Experience in Creative and/or Marketing industry is a big plus
Salary: ₱20000 - ₱25000
