Purpose of position
This role is primarily responsible to support Key Account Managers in the planning and implementation of business development strategies to win sales from major accounts.
As Account Management Executive, you shall be primarily tasked to plan and implement business development strategies towin sales frommajor accountsthrough cultivating relationships, identifying opportunities, and account management. In addition to your functions as Account Management Executive, you may be required to do and perform such work and duties as Management may, in its discretion and exercise of prerogative, deem vital and relevant relative to your services as an Account Management Executive. In either case, you shall faithfully and diligently perform your duties inside and outside the Republic of the Philippines
Key responsibilities & accountabilities
Contribute to the development of major account relationships and support the achievement of Key Account sales targets as directed by the appropriate Key Account Manager.
Contribute to the building of strong client relationships over time that allows for continuity and ongoing sales in the Key Accounts.
Pursue and follow up on any customer complaints and issues to enhance and improve the customer experience for the Major Account.
Contribute data and information to the development of sales strategies for National and International Key accounts.
Conduct analysis and contribute to the identification of target accounts and opportunities to action the agreed bsi group business development strategy.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Preferably 2 years of relevant experience in a similar industry (Certification Body).
Strong presentation and communication skillset.
Great sense of Client Management skillset.
