What does the job entail?
The Account Manager Coordinator is responsible for end-to-end order management of bulk, liquidation, and key account wholesale orders.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
Bulk/Corporate Promo
Ongoing collaboration of the development, implementation and evolution of SOP
Manages corp/bulk order channel (end-to-end order management)
Manages exchanges/returns
Diligent monitoring of inbound sales inquiries
Responds to all prospective customers and works to find order solutions that drive volume and profitability
Ensure orders are accurately entered in Shopify and that they ship on time and in full
Manages billing (ACH payments) * Continual updates as the process changes with new platforms and business needs
Drop orders to UPS or other carriers in a timely manner
Track and record all order activity in Corporate Order Tracking document
Reporting on business as required
Key Account Management
Account manager for DSG and Scheels (end-to-end order management)
Adjust pre-book orders at the request of partners or brand
Track and record all order activity in PO Master and all necessary other documents
Continual updates as the process changes with new platforms and business needs
Diligent monitoring of new orders that come in via SPS, and email
Ensure orders are accurately entered in SAP
Drop orders to UPS or other carriers in a timely manner
Collaborated on the development and implementation of SOP's for WS order process
Reporting on business as required
Liquidation
Continual updates as the process changes with new platforms and business needs
