*Manage and oversee creative and advertising projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with client objectives.*Execute project briefs by coordinating and delegating tasks across the creative, production, and strategy & content teams.*Review all outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency with the brief, and adherence to brand guidelines.*Present creative work to clients and manage feedback and approval processes.*Maintain proactive and effective communication with clients and internal teams throughout all project phases.*Address client needs and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction and strengthen relationships.*Attend client and internal meetings; prepare contact reports, status updates, and other project-related monitoring and documentation.*Identify opportunities to upsell agency services by encouraging repeat business and recommending other solutions that meet client needs.*Provide on-ground support during events, shoots, and other project-related activities.*Collaborate with and support other departments to ensure smooth project execution.*Perform other tasks and special assignments as directed by Management.*At least 1 year of experience in Project Management, Advertising, Communications, or Business Management*Strong project management and communication skills*Excellent interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clients*Can work well under pressure and manage multiple deadlines*Strong analytical, organizational, and planning abilities*Excellent negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills*Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality work
