Qualifications:
At least high school graduate, vocational graduate or fresh graduate
With at least 3 years of relevant experience
With experience in retail sales of manufacturing of steels, construction/hardware stores
Or with experience in dealing with developers/contractors
Preferably with B2B sales experience
With good sales communication skills
Preferably with motorcycle, but not required (with gas allowance)
Willing to do field work or visit sites as necessary
Amenable to work in Greenhills, San Juan
Willing to start ASAP

Job Description:
Possesses a complete and accurate knowledge of FRC products and services which she will sell.
Identify and list the prospective customers to whom she will see RFC products and services.
Prepare her Sales Plan - indicating sales target per month.
Attend the prospective customers - identify their needs to match with RFC products and services, including providing product brochures and conducting product presentations.
Make/submit a sales quotation/proposal to the prospective customer, and undertake the appropriate action steps to secure a Purchase Order/Sales Contract.
Ensure the Purchase Order/Sales Contract contains all relevant information including, product code, quantity, selling price, discounts, if any, delivery dates and location, and terms of payment
Prepare and submit a Weekly Sales Status/Accomplishment Report.
Keep herself informed of the status of customer's orders, and make herself available to respond (in collaboration with RFC internal team, i.e. PMG, Credit and Collection) to any queries/complaints by/from her customers.
