Job Responsibilities:
Sourcing out potential clients.
Develops and executes account plan for Property Services Mangement.
Creates a strategy for clients/leads generation.
Presenting the services offered and highlighting its value to prospective clients.
Maintaining smooth sales relationships by handling client complaints, providing updates on new offerings, and ensuring on-time delivery.
Job Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in addition to a range experience acquired from previous work.
Proven experience as an Account Executive for Property Management for at least 2 years.
Results driven and had the ability to translate leads to actual clients.
Excellent in communication skills both written and oral.
