We are looking for experienced Account Executives to join our expanding team. You will also be attending to the customers' enquiries over the phone and/or over LinkedIn platform.
Responsibilities:
Make first interaction with potential customers.
Create a "need" for potential clients highlighting the benefits and value of the services so customers can imagine what it feels like having our services.
Ensure orders are properly submitted with the right personal information of the customer, plan, and contract, and coordinate with different teams to resolve issues or requests that may arise in the beginning of the transaction.
An expert in all areas; call handling, product knowledge, objection management, sales report, processes, and even outbound skills.
Job Requirements:
2 years plus experience as Account Executive.
Excellent customer service attitude
Above average English communication skills; Proficiency in English verbal and written skills is a must
Friendly, positive manner and great at establishing rapport with customers
Experience with Sales / Collections background is desired
Fairly Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tasks
Experience using LinkedIn is a plus
