Job Scope
Accounts Executive (Accounts Payable) assume the role of overseeing accounting and financial activities.
Direct involvement in day-to-day accounting operations as well as meticulous preparation of reporting.
Incumbent report directly to the Finance Manager, collaborating closely to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of financial processes.
Role Responsibilities:
Account payable Function
• Accurately code and input vendor invoices into the system.
• Thoroughly review and analyse subcontractor claims, maintaining close collaboration with vendors to ensure accurate payment documentation.
• Take a proactive approach to initiate reviews aimed at enhancing the accounts payable process and systems.
• Uphold strong communication and services standard aligned with vendor invoicing and payment agreements.
• Manage the complete range of task within the Account Payable function, encompassing payment process.
• Develop and project forecast for efficient payment management.
• Undertake additional ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
Inter-company transactions:
• Provide oversight and conduct comprehensive reviews of account across subsidiary regions.
• Manage intercompany back-charged, billings, settlements, and treasury management.
• Collaborate and liaise and support seamless intercompany activities.
Regulation reporting:
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST reports.
Compliance& reporting:
• Develop monthly and yearly financial statements in alignment with FRS.
• Ensure punctual and precise execution of month-end closing processes and delivery of financial reports.
• Manage audit schedule and facilitate with internal and external auditors for audit-related matters.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Possess a bachelor's degree in accounting or an equivalent.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting and audit functions.
• Ability to meet deadlines, set priorities and organize work to meet objectives, identify and deal with problems.

• Display a strong foundation in the construction industry and possess proficient knowledge in ERP systems.
• Ability to start immediately or short notice.
