TeamRecruit is US-based staffing and recruiting firm supporting healthcare and IT/tech companies worldwide. We are looking for Account Coordinators who can work alongside our recruiters in ensuring a smooth hiring process for the candidates. They will do candidate management, assist candidates through the recruitment process, and will be responsible for scheduling interviews, creating offer letters, handling changes in the interview schedule, and other admin tasks that are required in the recruitment process.
Duties and Responsibilities
The responsibilities of a Account Coordinator include:
Conducts employment-related research and assists the recruitment team with electronic and other methods of sourcing qualified candidates.
Assists recruitment team with customized screening and initial contact of applicants to determine qualification and interest level.
Refers appropriate candidates to the recruiter and/or hiring supervisor.
Provides support coordination of recruitment projects and related services to supervisors, hiring managers, recruitment team members, and others.
Participates in and provides analytical support in the design, development, and implementation of recruitment projects and programs for the staffing and recruiting industry.
Attends and participates in job fairs, community activities, and other public and departmental recruitment-related events.
Develops and maintains comprehensive knowledge of recruitment, employment, HRSC, compensation, benefits, pay administration, and other related organizational policies, practices, procedures, and/or regulations.
Serves as point of contact for the provision of consultative service to hiring authorities
Qualifications and skills
Following skills and experience we are looking for:
A bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
2+ years of US Recruitment experience (Healthcare/Technical)
Experience in and knowledge of recruitment process.
Knowledge of employment legislature and practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HR resources and tools.
