The Opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join us as an Account Broker at Aon Philippines, offering you a real opportunity to further develop your capabilities. You will be involved in a variety of projects and clients playing a key role in helping to shape the future of their companies.
This role is primarily responsible for cultivating relationships with clients through day-to-day account management of a book of business or client accounts. Responsible in solidifying relationships to secure existing business with identified clients and, where applicable, growing the business through the sale of additional products and/or solutions aligned to client needs.

What the day will look like
Growth and Business Results
Contribute in achieving Health Solutions Budget and SPTI target by strict adherence to Renewal Plan Management and booking process based on milestone dates and metric.
For global accounts - adherence to GBoR renewal metrics.
Ensure completeness of pre-renewal documents prior to RFP
Client Ownership
Developing client relationships positively influencing client retention
Positive Net Promoter Score from clients and regularly review value proposition to increase overall partnership position.
Operational Excellence
Ensure adherence to Aon Broker's Guide and Achieve compliance with Operational Excellence and Data Management KPIs ("Aon Commitments").
Adhere to Client Service Plan/SLA by accurate and timely delivery of cards, medex, underwriting decisions and endorsements.
Adherence to invoice management (complete, accurate and timely invoice) - overdue renewals, booking TAT and zero un-invoiced transactions.
Adherence to TBS requirements (UAT and plan management - updated every renewal based on agreed metric).
Adherence to e-filing system following ABG requirements.
Timely update of TRS and target of at least 65% for external.
Timely feedback on client queries.
About You:

Education:
Candidates with an undergraduate degree (graduate of any 4 - year course)
