Prepares Customer PO/Invoice and other documents required by 3rd Party Channels
Reconciliation
Prepare Sales and Bank reconciliation transactions
Initiate Credit Notes and journals for sales/refunds/credit notes
Initiate product return request from the brand
Initiate refund request through cheque/wire transfer.

Credit and Collection:
Process customers Credit terms and limit requirements
Process customer orders
Initiate data gathering for ageing of Receivables
Assist on report and information gathering required on collection issues
Process refund for approval and provides detailed information required.
Receivables
Prepares collection follow up requirements
Prepares Statement of Accounts and collection letter
