Job Administrator
Solves customers' problems and complaints
Handles and respond to customer requests, exceptions, inquiries
Records the finance transaction to the provided system timely;
Matches the customers record
Processes payment proposal accurately and timely;
Checks the finance balance after every transaction and finance record match;
Transfers the surplus fund
Checks all banks' status and activate new bank cards or disable if necessary.
Other tasks assigned from time to time.
