Network Availability Management - Territory Target
Supports YoY top down target of NTG by conducting on site restoration
Ensures correct prioritization in resource allocation of own SKSK sites
Manages requested spare resources allocated to SKSK sites
Manages facility equipment and spares resource management of SKSK sites
Level 1 engagement with TCO counterpart for restoration of incidents
Project Supports YoY programs, strategies and ensures implementation in assigned SKSK sites to reduce network faults and vulnerabilities.
Safekeeping and updating of SKSK site information such as; Databases, shift, Network Topology, 2Mb plan, Site Address, etc.)
Supports Business Continuity Management and Disaster Recovery.
Attends and practices mandatory management, soft skills and technical learning modules.
Practices EDL (Everyday leadership) and SOUL Leadership principles.
