Job Description - Designs, develops, documents the technical standards for the Access Network. - Develop and maintain Access Network architecture diagrams. - Development test plans and supporting documentation of all Access Network configuration upgrades, additions or revisions. - Drive Access Network engineering projects by participating in the planning of network architecture, design. - Effectively coordinate team-work activities, organizing and running effective meetings. - Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal business partners. - Execute handoff plan and knowledge transfer to Implementation Teams. - Helps plan projects or subtasks. Including planning required outside of the immediate or assigned tasks. - Identify improvement opportunities in organizational process or technical environment. Identify opportunities to increase Access Network reliability and reduce costs. - Responsible for SO/SLCK filing for new site integration, modifications and augmentations. - Ensure HT deliverables on time and meet project SLA's. Ensure Network quality and statistics and optimize based on the demand of Radio Network Cluster acceptance. - SSV approval for new FTK/BAU sites. - Responsible on ensuring Complaints Handling be address within agreed SLA. - Provide weekly network KPI and validate quality performance. - Close coordination to business partners for their MOR's and address network issues brought unto. - Deliver deliverables bounded by standard process. - Constantly reviews the policies and procedures and seeks to improve these to influence better results of managing contractors and projects. - Constant collaboration with other departments involved in ensuring the regional/national network in good quality. - Manage and ensure the all projects are in good quality within budget allocation and with no service/network interruptions in the future. - Aware of close interaction with external clients and customers. - Accountable on network audits ensuring that all Radio components are on the orientations to serve good quality to the network. Radio Performance & Optimization Develops plans and solves issues by applying the following: - Access, Optimization tools such as Actix1, MyCOm, and PRS to plot in network coverage. - Knowledge of technical processes on commissioning, integration, operation and maintenance of telecom equipment as a guide for efficient optimization. - Knowledge of current products, services, and network design and elements - Safety and risk management principles and standards Anticipates network issues and develops technical and/or business recommendations to mitigate or address issues - Ability to carry out cause and effect analysis - Analytical skills in analyzing network element performance report - Ability to identify potential revenue loss or leakage in the network Make Your Passion Part of Your Profession.
