Job Description Designs, develops, documents the technical standards for the Access Network. Develop and maintain Access Network architecture diagrams. Development test plans and supporting documentation of all Access Network configuration upgrades, additions or revisions. Drive Access Network engineering projects by participating in the planning of network architecture, design. Effectively coordinate team-work activities, organizing and running effective meetings. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal business partners. Execute handoff plan and knowledge transfer to Implementation Teams. Helps plan projects or subtasks. Including planning required outside of the immediate or assigned tasks. Identify improvement opportunities in organizational process or technical environment. Identify opportunities to increase Access Network reliability and reduce costs. Assess and endorse cable engineering solutions and facilitate PR/PO Processing Check, validate and issue Low Level Design; Endorsement to PG/PD for implementation; Follow through with QAT/UAT Assess and recommends solutions for engineering related issues during implementation via WCR approval Support cable integration schedules through MOP/NPA/(FTTH) processing and execution Audit and continuously improve quality assurance processes and standards through PAT/FAT Report to RCNE Head and align/coordinate department thrusts within AEPM/NPE as well as PG/PD, NIP, Operations and TND Manage and facilitate coordination with project stakeholders and support groups, among others on engineering concerns and deliverables Processed Billing Docs and Project Closed-out Make Your Passion Part of Your Profession.
