ACADEMIC SUPERVISOR TMC HOLDER
[ 21,000 - 30,000 Php ]
[ 120 Php - per hour ]
a. Full-Time Worker ;
8 hours a day / 5 days a week ( Mon - Fri )
Overtime is around 20 - 30 hours a month depending. ※Over time fee according to Philippines Labor law.
b. Full-Time Allowance ;
Probationary Term ( 3 - 6 month depending )
Base of Salary 18,000 Php -
Full Attendance Incentive 1,000 Php
TMC Holder Allowance 2,000 Php
Regular Term ( After Probationary Term )
Base of Salary 19,000 Php -
Full Attendance Incentive 1,000 Php / monthly
TMC Holder Allowance 2,000 Php / monthly
Regular period is with Government benefits
c. Part-Time worker ;
4 hours more / a day at least
depend on your weekly shifting ( Normaly 5 days a week )
d. Part-Time Allowance ;
Base on Salary 100 Php / Per hour
Full Attendance Incentive 10 Php add per attendance hour.
TMC Holder Allowance 20 Php add per attendance hour.
e. Main Tasks ;
English and other subject Teaching base on site.
Developing Teaching Material & Curriculum.
Management / Consulting for Students
Academic Documentation Process.for TESDA
f. Qualification ;
College or University graduates. ( You have to submit your diploma with resume )
Admin experience in ESL school / Any School is a plus (You have to submit your referral letter from your previous school.)
Management experience in ESL school / Any School is a plus. (You have to submit your referral letter from your previous school.)
Development curriculum / materials experience is a plus.
You should have below certificate ;
TESDA TM Certificate (Should be submit with resume)
If you have below certificate is a plus
TESOL / TEFL Certificate (Should be submit with resume)
IELTS / TOEIC / TOEFL with score
Other Certificate
Preference will be given to those who have received awards.
