As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Manage all aspects of business continuity and risk management programs, including: governance and operating Frameworks (e.g., committee structure, risk assessment, business impact analysis, testing, training), including continuous improvement of the program to address the response, recovery, restoration, and resilience needs of the Company.
Develop and maintain all program documents (e.g., policies, procedures, program roles and responsibilities, operating structure, program templates).
Stay up-to-date on the scope of the Company's services to identify and assess possible business disruption risks and their impact to current business practices and strategic plans.
Advise business and other units in conducting risk assessments and developing appropriate business disruption risk mitigation strategy and control.
Ensure that critical processes, tools and teams across the Company are resilient and prepared to execute the program--for swift recovery and minimal business disruption.
Conduct audits, simulations, and trial runs/dry runs on preparedness, awareness, effectiveness of BCP/DRP plans and procedures.
Communicate and recommend-- make complex operational decisions that may impact business operations.
Influence and build strategic relationships across various levels of stakeholders.
Development and facilitating company-wide event response and exercises.
Develop the enterprise level BCP plans and challenge business leads on identification of critical functions and needs.
Design and outline BCP goals, objectives and scope for business plans and crisis.
As the BCO, work closely with the Company's Data Protection Officer (DPO) to ensure that the Company is in compliance with all BCP-related controls of the Network's Information Security Policy (ISP) by conducting monthly checks and review of the evidence versus the controls. Make the necessary recommendation to management to prevent any deviation from the Standards.
Work closely with the DPO to ensure the Company's full compliance with the relevant Act and the Network Data Protection Programme (NDPP), as they relate to BCP.
