Outreach & Screening:
Contact new inquiries promptly and conduct intake screenings.Collect required information and assess eligibility. * Provide compassionate, supportive communication to families.
Lead Management & Documentation:
Accurately record intake data in Salesforce (or similar CRM). * Convert qualified leads and close out ineligible or unresponsive cases.
Conversion & Follow-Up:
Re-engage paused or unresponsive families to improve conversions. * Provide after-hours or weekend coverage as needed.
Collaboration & Quality Assurance:
Follow standard procedures, scripts, and quality guidelines. * Coordinate with intake, clinical, and RCM teams for seamless transitions.Participate in ongoing training and improvement initiatives.Qualifications:
Prior experience in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy for Autism care required.
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience preferred. * At least 2 years of experience in patient intake, healthcare operations, or customer service.Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).Strong empathy, professionalism, and phone presence.Detail-oriented, organized, and data-accurate.Flexible to work evenings or weekends as needed.Apply here:
