You are eligible to apply for the position of A320 Captain if you meet the below qualifications:
Must have a valid Airman Transport Pilot License
Must have a valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
Must have a valid ELP, minimum Level 4
Must have a valid Radio License
Must be willing to be based outside of Manila, Philippines
If type-rated:
Minimum 3000 hours total logged time
Minimum 500 hours PIC on type
If non-type rated:
Minimum 5000 hours total logged time
Minimum 1000 hours as PIC of a multi-pilot turbo-jet airplane
Minimum 300 hours in an EFIS- equipped or glass cockpit multi-pilot airplane
