Universal Music Group is seeking an A&R Admin (1 year contract) to be based in the Philippines.
About the role:
Manage front desk activities, administration for the Domestic Team (A&R, Artist Management, New Business and Digital)
Scheduling of recording, photo-shoot, video-shoot and liaise with third party
Handle guests, incoming and outgoing phone calls & mails
Organize office amenities, logistics, driver schedule, vendors, employee database, employee attendance, annual leave and travelling accommodation
Manage gifts for special occasions (birthdays, religious festivals, weddings, grievance, new-born etc)
Function as Personal Assistant to the Heads of the Domestic Team
Submit documents related to reimbursements for entertainment expense/ medical expenses to Finance Department
Other duties as assigned
Desirable Traits:
Proficient with Microsoft offices (words, excel, PowerPoint etc)
At least 1 year of related experience
Great organization and administrative skills
Great communication skills
People-orientated
