Job Overview
Timely validation of Suppliers' invoices if compliant with TE policies and procedures including DOA
Monitor and check the AP inbox for payment-related inquiries, issues, etc.
Support for the day-to-day accounting operations including internal controls related to accounts payable processing.
Check tax compliance of the invoices if consistent with BIR regulation
Maintained digital and physical records of the invoices.
Participate in regular audits from External, Internal, and Local Tax, etc.
Reconciliation Reports related to Tax
Prepare other ad hoc analyses and work on specific projects as required by the Manager
What your background should look like:
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
Minimum 2 years experience in AP function, preferable from a manufacturing environment
Experience in SAP is a plus
Strong interpersonal skills and both oral and written communication skills required
The position requires detail orientation, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to work across functions and multiple cultures
Must be organized
Willing to work in Tanauan, Batangas
