- Installation of ACU
- Check daily ACU and electronic devices
- Replacement of defective ACU
- Repairs of defective ACU units and electronic equipment
- Ensure adequate supplies of freon in all ACU units
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all ACU units and electronic equipment
-Inspect/check, report all kinds of defects of buildings facilities, equipment, and machineries
