Prepares graphic rendering work (Photoshop), 3D modeling (Sketch Up) and Slide Presentations (MS Powerpoint);
Directly coordinates with Project Manager or assigned Senior Designer in HK for design instructions and quality checks.
Supports in SU / PS for MLP / Colored Plan / CD and DD1 PowerPoint.
Project understanding - Reviews Cad plan, reference images, and other start-up info for prospective use.
Checks main elements (emphasis)- their location and purpose.
Finalizes Cad line connections prior to the SU model.
Prepares Sketch-Up Model and proposes design views/angles for perspectives.
Renders in Lumion and Photoshop to enhance quality.
Submits rendered perspectives.
Revise / updates perspectives and finalizes for submission.
Accommodates ad-hoc SU and Rendering tasks as a priority.
Job Requirements:
Graduate of BS Architecture or related discipline.
Has a good design eye on planting quality/massing - the ability to see and understand good design.
Adept in Lumion, Sketch-up, Photoshop, AutoCAD, Animation / Walk-thru Presentation, and Enscape.
Has its own powerful workstation (Lumion Station) to use.
