About the Team:The Marketing team scales our brands efficiently combining creative with data analytics, managing all marketing channels to drive brand growth. They continually build & execute a 360 marketing plan for both marketplace brands and direct-to-consumer brands.About the Role :We are looking for a creative individual to join our Creative team as a 3D Product artist. The responsibilities of the 3D artist will be creating 3D renders of products for our lifestyle and consumer brands - including a mix of modeling and shading - and managing multiple projects while adhering to deadlines.You are experienced in fast-growing companies in the e-commerce business. As a talented 3D artist, you should be detail-oriented, flexible, and a good team player. Ultimately, you are creative and artistic with a strong working knowledge of color, texture, and light as well as industry-standard software.What you will do :
Produce high quality, accurate imagery of products to the specification and timescales given, using 3D modeling, texture, mapping, and other techniques
Contribute both creative and technical ideas to projects from initial concept through to final output.
Offer creative solutions to possible technical issues that may occur during a job.
Be flexible within the role and demonstrate transversal skills such as photoshop skills to prep mock-ups on Photoshop for the designers.
Develop a strong working relationship with wider creative teams: proactively work together, help other team members to deliver and improve their own results, and attend meetings to discuss ongoing projects.
Who are you
At least three years experience, ideally in the advertising and consumer goods industry.
A strong portfolio of previous work and completed projects on products.
A strong working knowledge of industry-standard software, including Blender, C4D Maya, or 3D Studio Max
Independent and structured worker while being a team player
Excellent creativity and artistic skills.
An eye for composition, realism, texture, color, and lighting.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Inspire others with a proactive and humble disposition.
Skill in animation - that could be a 'plus' for the position and the team.
Proficiency in the following tools is an asset:
Blender + Cycles / Eevee (Preferred)
Cinema 4D (Preferred)
experience in compositing - AE
experience in rigging
ZBrush, Houdini, Maya
tyFlow/realFlow
