Position Title: 3D Cloth Modeler
Classification: Associate
Salary: PHP 45,000 - PHP 60,000 a month
Reports To: Client
Primary Relationships: Client Staff
Date: November 2022
Schedule: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM (PHT)
Responsibilities:
Concept creation if necessary;
Search for images and references for projects;
Collect, list and classify the references necessary for modeling;
Perform digital modeling according to the concept developed or the selected references;
Prepare and provide the various elements to the compositing team;
Identify, analyze, resolve and document the problems encountered;
Reviewing 3D models and recommending improvements.
Work with the marketing manager and lead artists to determine the best technical and creative approaches;
Accomplish the requested work within the prescribed deadlines while respecting the high quality standards of the company;
Be able to structure and organize your work while respecting an established visual effects production pipeline.
Requirements:
Proficient in 3D Visualization with profound knowledge of texturing and shading
Expertise with Photogrammetry and Texture Scanning creating high-quality 3D materials
Excellent skills in modeling, lighting, rendering, and technical animation
Advanced knowledge of 3D production pipelines from asset creation until compositing * Experience with 3D real-time assets (high & low poly) and game engines (Unity, Unreal)
Skills in CAD data preparation for 3D Graphic Programs
Strong visual skills with a sense of composition, light, color and a keen eye to detail * Open-minded, flexible and used to working in international and multicultural teams
Thriving in working in a team, enjoying communicating, and exchanging ideas
Expertise in multitasking and accomplishing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
Experience in onboarding, presenting asset workflows, mentoring and software training
Experience in supporting the pipeline development and new 3D tool implementation
Knowledge in documenting procedures related to texturing and photogrammetry processes.
Enthusiastic about learning new skills, able to adapt to new situations and challenges
Responsible and reliable, able to work independently with self-determination
