We are looking for highly talented 3D artists to help with 3D modeling, rendering and designs for real estate properties.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm / Flexible work hours for remote workers
Location: We are looking for candidates that can work with us in our office in Legaspi Village, Makati and also highly skilled candidates that work well independently from home.
Compensation: 25k to 50k PHP/ Month, depending on experience, quality of work, and output
Responsibilities include:
Produce high quality 3D models and renderings in line with client's specifications
Produce architectural and interior imagery from pegs and references
Complete work within timelines and collaborate with team members
Requirements:

Must be an expert in 3DS Max
Graduate of Architecture, Interior Design, Multimedia Arts, Design or related field
A solid understanding of hard-surface and architectural modelling and texturing techniques
Excellent drawing skills and proficient with design software (3Dsmax, SketchUp, Lumion, Corona Renderer, Unreal Engine, V-Ray, Adobe Creative Suite)
Minimum of 4 years of experience
Client / customer oriented
Home based candidates are required to have their own PC, software and high speed internet connection.
