Job Description
Virtual Studios Philippines is a leading provider of digital visual marketing services for real estate properties. We create 3D virtual tours, real estate videos, rendered perspectives, rendered 360 designs, and digital styling.
We are looking for highly talented 3D artists to help with 3D modeling, rendering and designs for real estate properties.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm / Flexible work hours for remote workers
Location: We are looking for candidates that can work with us in our office in Legaspi Village, Makati and also highly skilled candidates that work well independently from home.
Compensation: 20 to 60k PHP/ Month, depending on experience, quality of work, and output
Responsibilities include:
Develop visual material (i.e. 3D models, renderings) in line with client’s specifications
Produce detailed renderings and make necessary revisions
Complete work within timelines and collaborate with team members
Requirements
Graduate of Architecture, Interior Design, Multimedia Arts, Design or related field
A solid understanding of hard-surface and architectural modelling and texturing techniques
Excellent drawing skills and proficient with design software (3Dsmax, SketchUp, Lumion, Corona Renderer, Unreal Engine, V-Ray, Adobe Creative Suite)

Home based candidates are required to have their own PC, software and high speed internet connection.
