The Art Director is responsible for overseeing the visual style and design of creative projects of the 3D Team. They collaborate with a team of designers, 3D artists, and sales teams to develop and execute the creative vision of the project. Their job involves conceptualizing ideas, selecting appropriate visual elements, and managing the production process to ensure the final product meets the artistic and technical standards of the project. Additionally, they often work closely with clients or stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that the project meets their goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Team Leader and Project Management to develop visual concepts and designs for various projects.
Providing leadership direction, training, and coaching to team leaders to help them develop their skills and achieve their full potential with the help of management and associates.
Set clear SMART team goals.
Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
Assist in creating visual content for print, digital, and multimedia channels, ensuring the quality and consistency of the brand image.
Help manage project timelines in collaboration with Project Management to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality deliverables.
Creating storyboards and visual presentations to communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
Ensuring that all team leaders have a clear direction, understand their individual responsibilities, and provide support and guidance as needed.
Providing training and mentoring to team leaders to help them develop their skills and achieve their full potential.
Effectively manage team leaders performance by actively listening to feedback, resolving conflicts, recognizing high performance, rewarding accomplishments, and providing disciplinary actions as needed.
Supervising 3D Team Leaders, providing feedback and coaching.
Reporting and presenting team performance to the Operations Manager.
Assisting with the development and implementation of brand guidelines, visual identities, and other design elements.
Managing the production process to ensure the final product meets the artistic and technical standards of the project.
Staying up-to-date with new industry trends, techniques, and tools, and ensuring the team utilizes the latest technology and techniques to produce high-quality work.
Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and other creative team members to ensure that projects are completed seamlessly.
Maintaining good relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other collaborators to ensure their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
Making decisions that align with the overall vision of the Operations Manager and the creative team.
Has a strong background in 3D art, as well as experience leading teams and managing projects.
Has excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a deep understanding of the 3D art production process.
