All graduates will participate in an initial three to six-month enablement program focused on building product knowledge, consulting skills, and implementation proficiency through training and development before joining one of the two streams below. Responsibilities Educational Consultant- Engage with clients to understand business processes and assess learning needs to deliver tailored training to increase user acceptance of NetSuite. Functional Consultant- Identify business requirements and map them to NetSuite functionality. Design business solutions using NetSuite functions and features. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in the graduating class of 2021 or 2022 only . Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Psychology, Education, HR, or equivalent. Current students must complete study requirements prior to starting with Oracle. Excellent English communication (verbal, written, and presentation). Strong motivation to progress with a career in the IT industry within a consulting.
