Job Description
Sutherland is seeking a reliable and organized person to join us as a Sourcing Manager . This individual will work at a strategic level to best align the recruiting needs of the vertical or geography, build solutions for those needs, and execute. The person in this role is expected to be seen as a subject matter expert within the field of recruiting by continually delivering results in a dynamic environment with competing priorities. This manager will drive the evolution of current recruiting processes, tools, and technology to deliver business results and complete the shift to a social sourcing model.
Managers in this role get to:
Influence the Lives of Others: Engage in the daily leadership, coaching and development of the sourcing/branding team to successfully achieve business objectives and enhance personal skills; Identify and develop Subject Matter Experts within the team who can act as mentors and resources to other members of the global team.
Set the Path to Success: Support recruiting and hiring efforts to ensure a positive and smooth experience for candidates and/or new hires; Champion Sutherland's transition to a contemporary social sourcing model.
Build the Company: Identify and recruit the best-fit personnel to help drive the team and company to higher levels.
Strengthen Relationships: Establish and maintain communication with outside resources to help build a network for sourcing qualified applicants while driving content to promote our EVP internally and externally.
Drive Sutherland Forward: Make recommendations to enhance processes and boost ease and efficiency. Develop cutting-edge sourcing strategies to find active and passive candidates.
Keep Sutherland Grounded: Support, create, and oversee proper documentation of processes and/or employees and ensure adherence to policies and guidelines.
Take the Lead: Provide strategic input on best sourcing channels and serve as a primary source of sourcing strategy advice, consultation, and education.
Qualifications

Strong written and oral English communication skills.
High sense of urgency and strong follow-through attitude, with a proven record of meeting deadlines consistently.
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
Ability to rise to a challenge - remain flexible, communicate openly regarding obstacles, and develop creative strategies to overcome those obstacles.
Strong coaching, mentoring, and development skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; the ability to build solid relationships with a wide range of personalities and skill levels.
Ability to design effective project plans and manage them through to successful completion for single and campaign hiring.
Experience building business cases and presenting new initiatives in terms of cost, benefit, and impact to the organization.
A thorough understanding of sourcing and recruiting metrics and KPIs, and a clear vision of how to measure performance and success.
Experience translating the activities of their team into measurable business results that clearly contribute to the bottom line of the organization.
