Title: 1035: Careers Website Operations Specialist (Marketing Specialist)
A core member of the Portals & Platform Strategies team within M+C Intelligence Services focused on equipping and guiding Accenture
Marketing and Communications to effectively leverage multiple web channels, tactics, and tools to engage their target audiences.
This role is focused on managing the Careers portion of the corporate accenture.com website (). Through
long-term enhancement planning, publishing oversight and integrations oversight, this person is responsible for ensuring the Careers portion
of accenture.com performs as one of the top employer websites in the areas of: information architecture, usability, brand, design and quality
of content.
This person directs the enhancement and maintenance of Accenture's 53 geographic Careers websites on accenture.com as primary tools for
building Accenture's employer image and credentials among target recruits and delivering an active pipeline of qualified applicants. This
person ensures timely development and publication of website pages/templates, and conformance of pages to website design, functionality,
usability and organizational standards, working closely with our Content Publishing team and Technology Teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage web capabilities to ensure resources are designed based on optimal CX/UX, including delivering advanced
personalization and marketing automation in a purposeful and effective way
.
Identify/define, direct and prioritize technical enhancements and site functionality improvements, defining detailed
requirements, securing needed designs, approving user stories, conducting UAT and leading associated conversion efforts
.
. Work with internal agile technology teams to manage ongoing updates / enhancements to the product roadmap
Work with central Digital Marketing and Campaign Management teams in oversight of and support for the Careers portion of
the accenture.com site
.
Work with Accenture Recruitment to ensure a seamless and optimized candidate experience from the Accenture website
through to job application and partner to identify, prioritize and enable initiatives aimed at improving this experience
.
. Ensure that Accenture maintains high visibility in search around priority keywords
Lead quality assurance of the Careers portion of the site in the areas of information architecture, usability, brand, design and
content and as needed, conduct website testing on to assess user experience
.
. Serve as escalation POC for site issues
Work with Analytics group to define metrics, identify critical KPIs and set goals for improvement use site Analytics to inform
key decision-making surrounding UX and site functionality and identify needed refinements
.
Be a strategic advisor to and collaborative partner with geographic Recruitment Marketing teams to ensure the Careers portion
of accenture.com meets the needs of our target audiences share and enforce best practices and standards
.
. Provide training and education on web channel standards and solutions
. Ensure all process and business guidance documentation is accurate and current
Additional Note:
The role will interface with developers on APAC time as well as stakeholders on North America and Europe time-so there will be some off-hours (evening and morning) connects with these groups.
Work from home/Hybrid until further notice
Must Have:
Minimum 5 years marketing experience, with 5 years of that comprised of digital marketing specialization, including web design experience, interactive media or advertising creative design.
Agile experience is strongly preferred
Experience with mobile: apps, websites, etc.
Experience with broader web design and microsite design specifically
Strong presentation skills with fluent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Good to Have:
Broad understanding of global business marketplace and knowledge of Accenture's areas of business and overall business strategy
Experience with systems integrations
Demonstrated skills in digital marketing
Deep understanding of, and ability to apply, integrated marketing concepts, branding and message-development skills
Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to develop creative/innovative solutions for testing undefined or complex problems
Professional services or business-to-business marketing experience a plus.
Agile decision-maker with the ability to ensure a collaborative, iterative and transparent process for all stakeholders
Excellent oral and written communications skills and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Strong project-management and organizational skills
Ability to influence highest levels of leadership within Accenture's large, matrixed organization through relationship-building and strong executive-level presence
Experience in working with agencies (advertising, interactive and specialized such as mobile)
Experience with business-to-business marketing and large, complex programs a plus
Ability to work autonomously and independently, yet collaborate appropriately with other areas within M+C and other areas within Accenture
Comfortable working with colleagues in various geographic locations, demonstrated ability to be effective in virtual working environments.
Strong presentation skills with fluent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with key platforms used by Accenture's web channel marketing organization, including Adobe AEM.
