Responsible in enabling maintaining data and providing marketing analytics to ZAOA BEOs and Key Stakeholders. Responsible for ensuring accessibility to the right and accurate data for any marketer, always-on campaign performances and Marketing ROI measures along with the advanced ad hoc techniques to ensure leading-edge practices of our media planning.
Responsible to coordinate delivery of marketing ROI and always-on campaign optimization programs as well as its embedding across markets supported by ASL/Global Marketing Analytics, media agencies and the local marketing effectiveness managers in the market.
What will make you successful
10 years of demonstrated analytic consulting/ delivery experience in marketing analytics; with strong experience in marketing effectiveness measurements (e.g. attribution measurement, market mix modelling, multi touch attribution, sales lift measurement)
Strong understanding of how different marketing levers interact to impact consumer behavior
Knowledge of media KPIs at varying levels of granularity
Strong experience in change management program applied to measurement
Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate work across many functions and in different geographies
