We are looking for an Adobe Creative Cloud Multimedia VA to work on various admin tasks for our YouTube Content Creator US client. You will be working with the client directly, so we need someone with an A++ level of English communication skills with high initiative. Please do not apply if you think you're not a good fit for the role.
This is a long-term position, and we expect you to work with the client for many years.

As an Adobe Creative Cloud Multimedia, here are your qualities and tasks, but NOT limited to:
Take raw video footage and create -8-20 minute YouTube videos
Work independently throughout the video editing process:
Create professional, and high-quality YouTube videos given only raw video clips and desired video outline
Select best video clips / takes from available footage
Cut out pauses, breaths, and unnecessary filler words (e.g. "um", "uh") etc.
Cut long dialogue to maintain an engaging video pace
Select available B-roll footage to add over voiceover
Find new B-roll footage (e.g. screen recordings from product websites, stock footage, etc.) and overlay images as necessary
Add graphics, overlay text, and video transition effects
Incorporate revisions and feedback
Export 4k videos for Youtube
Use creative discretion/editing techniques to make videos entertaining and engaging while maintaining a consistent brand style.
Incorporate external brand guidelines for sponsored videos, as necessary
Create YouTube video thumbnails in Photoshop:
Basic color correction on thumbnail photos (e.g. color balance, saturation, etc.)
Add basic effects (e.g. adding background color)
Add overlay text as necessary
Export in format/size compatible with YouTube thumbnails
Keep track of video timestamps to be used in video descriptions
Edit short-form video clips for Tiktok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.
Required Qualifications:
1+ years of relevant experience of professional video editing, preferably in a corporate environment or for a YouTube channel
Strong command of English language, particularly audio/video comprehension
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
Must have computer able to efficiently edit raw 4k video footage (potentially up to -128G of footage per video)
Must have fast internet to both upload and download raw video footage as necessary
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
Ability to work independently and reliably meet deadlines while remaining organized
Strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience editing short-form video (e.g. for TikTok, Instagram Reels)
Experience with YouTube Thumbnail creation
Familiarity with stock footage/music websites (e.g. Epidemic Sound) and experience selecting appropriate footage/music for video
Interest in social media trends and desire to incorporate new trends and popular editing techniques into new content
Interest in YouTube growth strategies is a plus!
Salary: $800-$1200/starting depending on skills experience
