Utilise your expertise in Xero to manage and maintain accurate financial records.
Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions precisely and efficiently.
Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements to ensure accuracy.
Assist with payroll processing, including maintaining employee records and ensuring timely payment.
Collaborate with our accountants to prepare financial reports and statements.
Stay up-to-date with Xero updates and enhancements to optimize bookkeeping processes.
Respond to inquiries from team members and clients regarding financial matters in a friendly and professional manner.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with utmost care.
We would need you to be or have the following...

1-2 years of proven experience as a bookkeeper for Australian clients.
Proficiency in using Xero and Dext accounting software is essential.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
High level of integrity and professionalism when dealing with confidential information.
A positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
