We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a vital role in managing the financial records of the company. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to work closely with the Company Owner and Operations Manager, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data.
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Bookkeeper and/or any related role is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Google Suite and Xero accounting software is a must.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
Experience in payroll processing and knowledge of relevant regulations.
Knowledge in preparing BAS statements and Tax preparation is a required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in working with Australian companies is a huge plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Responsibilities
Manage the bookkeeping tasks of the company.
Work closely with the Company Owner and Operations Manager to ensure all financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports.
Process invoices, payments, and expenses accurately and efficiently.
Handle payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of salaries and wages.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Maintain confidentiality of all financial data.
