GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Create and update technical or functional documents, which may include user guides, video tutorial scripts, business process documents, release notes, marketing copy, newsletter articles.
LOCATION: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Writers directly report to the documentation team lead.
Researching available product information
Coordinating with technical experts and other employees in collaborative projects
Verifying collected information by conducting independent tests on the software
Ensuring that a document’s content is accurate and understandable to a worldwide audience
Submitting a draft to an editor
Recording a project’s progress in a task management tool
