Job Description
Lead and manage a team of mechanics, technicians, and support staff.
Provide direction, guidance, and supervision to ensure a productive and efficient work environment.
Plan, organize, and coordinate daily workshop activities.
Schedule and prioritize tasks, ensuring timely completion of repairs and maintenance jobs.
Develop and manage budgets for the workshop, including expenses for materials, tools, and equipment.
Oversee the maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment, vehicles, and machinery.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Others) or similar fields.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a workshop environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
Experience in managing staff, scheduling work, and ensuring workshop productivity.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to motivate and delegate tasks effectively. Knowledge of workshop safety procedures and regulations.
