Support and deployment of infrastructure, network, and desktop
Responsible for assisting on projects for other groups, such as Infrastructure, Network or Business Projects
Inventory control and documentation.
Coordinate & manage vendor support in alignment with Nexperia Vendor Management
MDM or Modern Workplace knowledge and interest in the Modern Workplace functionality
Workplace support to provide support on
Application deployments and project rollout for client devices
Client Imaging and User support
Active Directory / O365 user support
Print Service site Support
Video conferencing Support
Client patching/Support
PABX/VOIP support
VIP support
Service Desk Support, handling tickets via Global Ticket system
Willingness, ability to work in a globally organized team, real team player
Required to be on-site 5 days a week
Leverage global shared services on site per Nexperia standards

Reporting and discussion of status, findings, and outcomes to/with relevant stakeholders
Ensure that IT Services are delivered effectively to users
Ability to work to tight deadlines and within constraints
Minimum 5 years working in IT support tasked with Client device, infrastructure and network support, in a Windows environment
Knowledge of Active directory and Office365
Team player and problem-solving skills
Flexibility, proactive and a hands-on approach
(ITIL) Process oriented and documentation is a natural habit
Well organized and good time management skills and ability to learn in a dynamic environment quickly
Microsoft certificate
Native local language + English speaking, further additional languages is a plus
