Job Overview
Responsible for maintaining structured and detailed schedules as well as system and roster maintenance. They will advise and develop short-term plans based on the research and recommendations from the Long Term Strategic Planners. Coordinate with the Real-Time Analysis team to provide guidance and ensure that all pre-planned activities are met.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree holder of any course
• At least 2-3 years of work experience in handling Workforce management (Scheduling/Forecasting/RTA)
• Work background more on Scheduling
• Strong skills in using Excel to create and maintain historical data and forecasting models.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in schedule and roster management
• Must have supported 2LOBs or 2 sets of IDPs with different KPI requirements
• Must have experience with Verint system
• Can Work from home and onsite
• Amenable to work in different schedules
• Can start ASAP

• All of the processes will be done remotely to ensure the safety of the candidates.
