Job overview:
• Perform both real-time analysis and scheduling responsibilities determined by the current business needs
• Monitor call volume and average speed of answer (ASA) in real-time and adjusts schedules to ensure consistent service are maintained
• Develop and implement an effective staff scheduling system for short-term future needs that involves change requirements creation and paid time off (PTO) planning
• Ensure service levels are met
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree holder of Business Management, Statistics or any related course
• At least 2 years of work experience in call center operations set up handling Workforce management (RTA/Scheduling/Forecasting)
• Knowledgeable in using Workforce management tools
• Can start ASAP
