Description
JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for overall management and direction of the Workforce Management Department and ensures client goals and service levels across all programs are met.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Workforce Management
Manage workforce management teams across all programs and potentially across multiple sites
Oversee all Real-Time and Intra-Day activities to ensure operational and client goals are met.
Corporate and Contact Centre Support
Manage Performance and Development of Direct Reports
Complete tasks delegated/assigned by the Director for Operations
Perform other reasonable duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
College Graduate of any 4-year course
At least 2 years of relative experience as Workforce Manager in a Call Centre environment
Skilled in advanced mathematical and statistical analysis, Leadership, Planning & Organizing, Problem-Solving and Decision-Making, Strategic Business Thinking, Oral & written communication, Presentation Skills, and using computer applications.
