YOUR ROLE
To build a centralized workforce management function and elevate the way staffing and scheduling handled across the various business units.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for developing and implementing a centralized workforce management function
Drive the transition from decentralized, team-leader driven staffing and scheduling decisions to a centralized, data-driven scheduling function
Engage with business unit managers to identify key workload drivers, understand operational requirements, and staffing and scheduling constraints
Develop a methodical approach to quantifying workload and workforce capacity with the aim to optimize productivity and service level achievement through smart staffing decisions
Create a robust data model for measuring, tracking, and monitoring the workload and workforce capacity
Responsible for creating regular workforce assessments identifying imbalances in workload and workforce capacity, and making actionable recommendations on scheduling optimization
Become a trusted partner of the business unit managers and a go-to resource for all matters related to scheduling optimization
Provide regular updates to site management and consult on initiatives, opportunities, and risks pertaining to scheduling
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
Bachelor's Degree of any related field
Experience with workforce management in a Service Center/Call Center
Strong analytical skills
Experience in Tableau or PowerBI
Excellent communication skills
Highly organized
Experience in driving business improvements
