Job Summary:
Leads daily WFM operations including managing analysis and schedulers
Ensure scheduling efficiency, intraday adjustment and SLA adherence
Acts as bridge between operations and WFM to proactively solve staffing or performance gaps
Project Delivery
Involved in performing all activities needed to maintain high productivity in employees by ensuring staff optimization
Work with various leaders to ensure that objectives related to workforce efficiency, responsibility & targets are set and properly monitored
Translate data into meaningful, actionable information where managers and decision makers are empowered to create informed, intelligent decisions
Facilitate effective communication within the organization
People Management
Provide leadership to direct reports by defining work and ensuring deadlines are understood and adhered to and that project objectives are clearly articulated and understood
Responsible for effective resource management and attrition control. Motivate and develop group employees through leadership and example, identifying and agreeing learning and development needs as required
Manpower planning, mapping of resources & Attrition analysis
Qualifications & Desired Skills
Experience: 3year and above
Education: Graduate/Post Graduate
Skills
At least 5 years managing a Workforce Team in a BPO setting, with at least 2 years as a People Manager
Highly analytical
Expert in Advanced Excel and Data Analysis
COPC/Six Sigma certified preferred but not required
Willing to work on a shifting schedule
