POSITION SUMMARY:
The Workforce Management Analyst is responsible for the staff management to maintain a high performing blended calling environment for the Customer Service, Collections and Loss Mitigation departments across multiple site locations.
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet strict deadlines
Strong mathematical, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Must be able to work in a team environment
Ability to exercise discretion on sensitive and confidential matters
