• At least 2-3 years of work experience in handling Workforce management (RTA/Scheduling/Forecasting)
• Strong skills in using Excel to create and maintain historical data and forecasting models.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in schedule and roster management
• Can work from home and onsite
• Amenable to work in different schedules
