Create staffing analysis and provide schedule recommendations based on analysis of trends and key metrics.
Forecast weekly demand, allocations, and requirements from 3 to 4 weeks in advance for each business unit by split to determine staffing and type of schedules needed for optimal service levels.
Facilitate weekly forecasting touchpoints to clearly communicate projected workload, changes, assumptions, etc. and to discuss action plans to meet key performance objectives.
Provide "what if" analysis and recommendations to improve staffing levels and efficiency through shift bids, staffing recommendations, and time off allocations.
Appropriately forecast and account for growth due to seasonal variations and special events and ensure that business impacts are captured and analyzed. Maintain an accurate events log detailing the reason for variance to forecast for all operational metrics.
Data analysis, trending, and preparation of hourly, daily and monthly performance reports as necessary.
Ensure data accuracy (i.e. proficiencies and patience seconds) in the WFM software.
Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities to improve productivity, performance and customer satisfaction.
Serve as back-up for real-time management and scheduling tasks (i.e. WFM Analyst I).
Coach, mentor and facilitate sharing of best practices with peers and WFM SME resources as necessary.
Demonstrate professional behavior, teamwork, punctuality, dependability, and adherence to company policies & procedures.
Perform other tasks/projects assigned by the immediate superior.
