Job Overview
Responsible for maintaining structured and detailed schedules as well as system and roster maintenance. They will advise and develop short-term plans based on the research and recommendations from the Long Term Strategic Planners. Coordinate with the Workforce management team to provide guidance and ensure that all pre-planned activities are met.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree holder of any course
• At least 2 years of work experience in handling Workforce planning (Forecasting, Capacity Planning, Scheduling)
• Hands-on experience with Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Knowledgeable in the practical application of Erlang scripts for workforce management
• Strong skills in using Excel to create and maintain historical data and forecasting models.
• Experience using Workforce Management tools/software (e.g., TeleOpti, Totalview, IEX, Genesys, etc.)
• Can work from home and onsite
• Amenable to work in different schedules
• Can start ASAP

• All of the processes will be done remotely to ensure the safety of the candidates.
